The UK Association of Physician Assistants was founded in 2005 by American Physician Assistants employed in the UK .  We are registered as UK Association of Physician Assistants, LTD and our home office located in Woburn, Bedfordshire.  We are incorporated in the United Kingdom, company number 5502792.  The organization is in the process of application for charity status. 

A Certificate of Incorporation was approved in Wales on 7th July 2005.

Bylaws were approved by the general membership on 29th November, 2005.

UK Association of Physician Assistants provides top-notch service to and support of the Physician Assistant profession in the United Kingdom.
